When we created Curds & Whey Cheese Company, we began selling our favorite cheeses. Renard's Cheese Company's 2yr and 5yr cold aged sharp cheddar cheeses were our favorites so we went with those two selections. Renard's has always been well known for their Cheddars as well as their fresh curds and we were not disappointed.
