When we created Curds & Whey Cheese Company, we began selling our favorite cheeses. Renard's Cheese Company's 2yr and 5yr cold aged sharp cheddar cheeses were our favorites so we went with those two selections. Renard's has always been well known for their Cheddars as well as their fresh curds and we were not disappointed. Our customers love them and these two continue plus the Curds continue to rank among our best selling products.

Over the past four years, we became acquainted with other great Cheddars and the glory of Cave Aged and Bandaged Wrapped Cave Aged cheeses. We are fortunate to be able to sell the Bandaged Wrapped Cave Aged Cheddars from the Bleu Mont Dairy. This fine artisan cheese is the creation of Willi Lehner. It is highly sought after and we are one of the few retail sources for it in the Chicago area.
